So you are going to look for some powerful information in order to stop smoking? You read a lot of tutorials and heard of programs that want to sell you the "magical" formula to immediately stop smoking? Well, then try go for it!   • Knowledge about the psychical addiction
  • The right mindset



It's really important that you know how nicotine works and what you have to expect when you make the decision to keep that stuff out of your body. Nicotine is something like a neurotoxin that attacks synapses in your brain. Usually there's a transport of acetycholin between these synapses but the nicotine blocks out everything, which is the start of all the effects nicotine can do to your body and health. It's too much to cover that all in detail but what I wanted to advise is to get as much information about the physical things that happen if you smoke.
Additionally you should read about the psychical addiction of nicotine. First of all, if you really want to stop smoking you should do it immediately and don't bother trying such things like smoking less and less. You have to stop it immediately because the only thing (well honestly the first) is to get that nicotine out of your body. Then you suffer about 3 days ( plus minus) of physical revocation and then there's the stage of psychical revocation which can last several weeks.
Build up the mindset is the key to success! Don't believe all these books and "magical" recipes that tell you a mystical formula to get away from cigarettes, it's only in your mind! Once you developed the mindset, you can be sure that you will make it! No one says it's an easy path to walk but it's a way in a better future. After just two days you will find that your lung is much more powerful and you can do things (sports etc.) with much more power so that it helps you to build the mindset to not smoke anymore. So all in all there's only one weapon that can help you to manage this... yourself!
